HI, I’m Eliza KATOA.

My mission is to help you find joy and empowerment in your fitness journey. I believe in you, but it all starts with believing in yourself. Believing that you can overcome self-doubt and embrace a lifestyle of healthy habits that will create long-lasting confidence and fulfillment. 

I created the Katoa Fitness app to foster a community of people actively pursuing their personal best. Having guided thousands of women and men through their respective health journeys, nothing is more fulfilling than clients stepping into their power and changing their lives.

what’s included

This app will give you the push, motivation, and guidance you need to overcome self doubt, find enjoyment in your workouts and create healthy habits for life. Workouts are programmed to help change your physique, improve overall strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance, through weight lifting, circuit training, and high-intensity interval training. 

You’ll be challenged, get a lot of variety in your workouts and you won’t hit a plateau or get bored.

DAILY TRAINING

  • 5-6 new at home and gym workouts uploaded every single week
  • Easy to follow workouts with written out reps and sets
  • Each workout contains individual exercise video demonstrations for each exercise so you know exactly what you’re doing
  • Written out form tips for each individual exercise for more guidance

  • A workout collection full of quick workouts for those days when you’re short on time or on vacation and need something that requires minimal equipment
